In these Terms & Conditions, the following defined terms shall carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "7no777" or "the Platform" refers to the online gaming website operated at 7no777.net, including all associated gaming products, account services, and promotional offerings.
• "Player" or "you" means any natural person who has registered a 7no777 account and is accessing the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes.
• "Account" means the individual registered user profile created by a Player on 7no777, through which all gaming activity, financial transactions, and account settings are managed.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) into their 7no777 account for the purpose of placing wagers on gaming products.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits allocated to a Player's account by 7no777, subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable funds.
• "Wager" means any bet placed using Real Money Balance or Bonus Balance on any game or sporting event available on the 7no777 platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by 7no777's licensing obligations before a Player may withdraw funds.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" means the suite of player-controlled account restrictions available on 7no777, including deposit limits, session time alerts, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.

To register a 7no777 account and access real-money gaming products, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:

• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion or account restriction imposed by 7no777 that has not yet expired or been formally lifted through the 7no777 account management process.

Each Player is solely and entirely responsible for all activity that occurs within their 7no777 account, including all wagers placed, all withdrawals requested, and all changes made to account settings. This responsibility applies regardless of whether the activity was authorised by the Player or resulted from a failure by the Player to secure their login credentials.

7no777 strongly recommends that all Players activate two-factor authentication on their account and refrain from sharing their password with any other person. In the event that you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify 7no777 immediately by contacting our support team at [email protected] so that your account can be secured without delay.

7no777 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• The account is under investigation for suspected fraud, money laundering, or any other prohibited activity;
• KYC verification has been requested and not completed within the timeframe stipulated by 7no777;
• The account has been inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months, in which case 7no777 will apply its dormant account policy as notified to the Player by email prior to deduction of any applicable dormancy fees.

Players may close their 7no777 account voluntarily at any time by submitting a written request to the support team. Closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any verified Real Money Balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification.

7no777 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following verified payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. All financial transactions on 7no777 are processed in PKR with no currency conversion applied to the Player's balance.

Deposits: Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day, as displayed in the deposit section of your 7no777 account. All deposits must originate from a payment account held in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in the deposit being reversed and the account being placed under review.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent qualifying deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount and processing timeframes applicable to each payment method are displayed at the point of withdrawal request. 7no777 targets withdrawal processing within the timeframes published in the FAQ section, subject to satisfactory KYC verification being on file at the time of the request.

Anti-Money Laundering: All financial activity on 7no777 is subject to anti-money laundering (AML) monitoring in accordance with the requirements of our international gaming license. 7no777 reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any deposit or withdrawal transaction and to delay or withhold processing pending satisfactory completion of any AML review. Players found to be using the 7no777 platform for money laundering or any related financial crime will have their accounts permanently closed and the matter reported to the relevant international regulatory authorities.

• Time Limits: All bonuses carry an expiry date. Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not been wagered to completion by the expiry date will be removed from your account automatically. No extensions will be granted.

Loyalty program rewards earned through the 7no777 tiered loyalty scheme are governed by the Loyalty Program terms published on the dedicated loyalty page of the platform. In the event of any conflict between the Loyalty Program terms and these general Terms & Conditions, these general Terms shall prevail.

All wagers placed on 7no777 are final once confirmed by the platform. Players are solely responsible for reviewing and confirming the details of each wager — including selection, stake amount, and odds — before confirming placement. 7no777 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed wagers except in the limited circumstances described below.

Sports Betting: Cricket and other sporting event markets offered on 7no777 are subject to the specific betting rules applicable to each sport as displayed within the sportsbook section. Key principles include:

• If a match or event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific sport rules displayed at the time of placement.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to a brief processing delay to maintain market integrity. 7no777 reserves the right to void in-play bets where a significant outcome has already occurred but has not yet been reflected in the odds displayed.
• PSL and Pakistan international cricket markets are among the most actively managed on 7no777. Players are encouraged to review PSL-specific betting rules in the sportsbook section prior to placing wagers on domestic T20 markets.

Casino & Slots: All casino games and slot titles available on 7no777 use certified random number generator (RNG) technology independently audited for fairness and randomness. • Multi-Accounting: Registering or operating more than one 7no777 account, whether under your own identity or under a fictitious or third-party identity.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to manipulate game outcomes, exploit bonus structures, or influence the results of any sporting event market.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated software to place wagers or interact with the 7no777 platform in a manner not available to standard human users.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting promotional offers through low-risk wagering patterns, matched betting strategies intended to circumvent wagering requirements, or coordinated abuse across multiple accounts.
• Fraud & Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, processing fraudulent deposits or chargebacks, or misrepresenting your eligibility to access the platform.
• Money Laundering: Using the 7no777 platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds for any purpose connected to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.

7no777 is required by its international gaming licensing obligations to verify the identity and age of all Players prior to processing any withdrawal request. The KYC verification process requires Players to submit clear copies of the following documentation:

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 7no777 platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to copy, reproduce, redistribute, modify, reverse-engineer, publicly display, or commercially exploit any element of the platform without the express prior written consent of 7no777.

The 7no777 name, logo, and associated brand identifiers are registered trademarks. Unauthorised use of these trademarks in any context is strictly prohibited and may constitute trademark infringement under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 7no777 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity, arising out of or in connection with:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the 7no777 platform or any of its gaming products;
• Any technical failure, interruption, or malfunction of the platform or its underlying infrastructure;
• Any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate password security;
• Any decision made by 7no777 to suspend, restrict, or close your account in accordance with these Terms;
• Any delay in processing a withdrawal request that is attributable to pending KYC verification or AML review.

In all cases where 7no777 is found liable to a Player under these Terms, 7no777's total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Balance held in the Player's account at the time the relevant claim arises.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death, or personal injury caused by 7no777's negligence to the extent that such limitation or exclusion is not permitted by applicable law.

7no777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a proposed amendment is material — meaning it significantly affects Player rights or obligations — 7no777 will provide at least fourteen (14) days' prior written notice to affected Players via the email address registered to their account before the amendment takes effect.

For minor amendments, such as clarifications, typographical corrections, or updates that do not materially affect Player rights, 7no777 may implement changes with immediate effect and update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page accordingly. Continued use of the 7no777 platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

7no777 may terminate a Player's access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms or for any other reason deemed necessary by 7no777 to protect the integrity of the platform or the interests of its player base. Upon termination for cause, all bonus balances will be forfeited. Verified Real Money Balances will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC or AML review.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or their formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under 7no777's international gaming license jurisdiction.

In the event of any dispute between a Player and 7no777 that cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process described in Section 14, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies designated under 7no777's applicable licensing framework for final resolution.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent 7no777 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction where such relief is necessary to protect its intellectual property rights, confidential information, or platform integrity.
